The blankets I’d ordered and paid for were not in the car.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDropped off after hours on Saturday around 7pm on 8-1-26. Lots of parking spaces. But there was one person staying there. Still good experience.
Feng QVery friendly and professional staff.
Christopher HQuick and easy
Loree WOverall u-haul treated us kindly enabling us to rent a last minute truck. There was some trash in the cab, but no biggie. The pick up location service was great. We completed the move. There was a u-haul close to where we moved our stuff to so we turned in the truck there instead of where I picked it up. I was billed over $300 for not returning the truck to where I got it. I read the contract and saw the clause about returning it to where I got it. I don’t have a problem with that because it was there in black and white. That’s on me. I understand and there’s nothing I can do about that, but $318 wrong drop off fee in my opinion is way beyond excessive.
