For an early morning pick up with my daughter, the area didn't appear to be safe and was not well lit. The truck was parked very close to the wall which made it difficult to take pictures on the driver side. There was zero gas in the truck and several items were left in the rear (scooter, toilet paper, and few other items.

Clean the trucks and have gas to start.
Rebecca CMake sure customers physically clean out trucks and someone check I rented a truck and could not use it because somebody belongs were still on it.
Angeline GThe appliance dolly wasn’t in the truck as stated and the customer service sent me to 2 different locations but they didn’t have any either and waisted miles and gas for me. Extremely not happy, especially after customer service hung up on me after the 3rd call but never even called back to say it was a mistake (very unprofessional)
