The attendant was not onsite during business hours proper milage on truck was not recorded copy of the truck walk threw and contract were not provided at time of rental then extra milage charges were attempted to be givin to me for your employee not doing her job properly. This is not the first time I've had a terrible experience at this location. the employee is absolutly terrible shes never there or if she is shes asleep and you still have to wait for her to get up to come assist you or there are extra charges attempted to be pushed to cover her shitty job of keeping proper records I would never recommend this location to anybody. I would strongly suggest you step in and do something as this give you a bad name as a company.

We booked a 20x20 truck a month in advance. Not only did they have our equipment for us on the day we booked it on, they ended up offering us a truck almost half the size instead. It’s by no fault of the workers at Bee Safe, but it was incredibly frustrating and made an already stressful move more stressful. What we could have done in one trip had to be done in three with the smaller truck.

The place (Bee Storage) was supposed to be open according to company hours. It wasn't but a post it note on door said come back at noon. I did and called the number on door to be yelled at, lied to, and then hung up on. If you record calls check at 12:05 the recording. The man said uhaul doens't do truck returns or deposit returns, to just throw key in mailbox and wait till he "feels like" checking it in and then I get mailed a check in a few weeks. When I asked why they weren't open when supposed to and if staff was sick or something he hung up on me. He literally yelled that you do not do truck returns or deposits multiple times at me and then hung up on me. Great way to run a business! So truck was due at noon and thank God a staff member showed up did the return and deposit for me and said he yells and treats everyone like that and she always gets complaints. He should be fired before he ruins your company with more lies and ignorance. I did not pay a rental company to be yelled at and lied to so why did that happen to me?! Moving is stressful enough I do not deserve to be treated like a parasite!

They never once answered the phone or voicemail. I had to show up and hope what I needed was there cause I could not get confirmation.

Location workers were on vacation so did mobile pickup. The app would not work ended up calling help desk 3 times to figure out the app was the issue had to use website. The location that the website needed was actually 1 km away from the physical location of the rental office. Once I finally got the code for the lock the code did not work. After 11 phone calls and waiting for more then 3 hrs was finally told they reserved a different truck for me at be safe storage when I got to this location they never heard that I was coming or had a reservation for me the last truck was just given 2 minutes before I got there. I needed a U-Haul for my move so I settles for a trailer that they gave me for 10$ discount ..... wasted over 5 hrs of my time and never got the rental I needed to move . Worst rental and hardest hassle I ever had to do for a simple rental

When someone makes a request for 26 foot truck and for 2 days. Don't just take it upon yourself to give a smaller truck for only one day. How about contacting the person and making sure it's ok. Plus the lady that worked at that location was 30 min late and there was a line up of people waiting to get their rental. Not a very professional location.

I had reserved a 6x12 trailer at the RLM Business Park location. Was told last minute there were none available, was switched to the Bee Safe Storage location, and all that was left was a 5x8 trailer. This made my move a struggle and took much longer. Not happy.

I got the drop off location wrong on a one way drop-off and while closed the attendant said it was still okay to drop off the unit and she would return it in the morning. I was a day earlier than scheduled. The attendant did not return the unit until two days after although they acknowledged the day the unit was returned.

The only issue was that there was no one there and she wasn't answering the phone. She left to the bank but left no notice. A couple of us waited to drop off and pick up for more then a half hour. She was nice but someone should be there during work hours.

We were told we could pick up the vehicle at 6:30am. We got there and waited. And waited. Tried calling numbers with no answer. Eventually we called the U Haul 1 800 number. Turns out this location wasn't even opening until 9:30am. What a waste of our time.

Be safe self storage in cold lake was great. The owner helped me with everything in a timely manor and I appreciate that. It’s u haul I wasn’t to happy with. The fact that I had to drive all the way to cold lake to pick up the unit wasted an hour and a half of my time and gas. When I ordered the trailer online it was available in Bonnyville. when they called me and said the closest trailer was in cold Lake well that was out of the way and very inconvient. All in all it all it worked out and I ended up with a great moving experience.

The service was good. The only downside was what I had booked earlier was a 15’ Truck but inside I got an opened trailer. This made my move harder then it should’ve been and with that I am upset.

The gas tank should be full, the customer service rep should do a physical walk around inspection with the customer and this should be done before making the customer sign the waiver, the equipment should be clean and in good working condition (not having holes in the roof and the door full of water).
