If the attendant had told me that there is an extra charge to drop off at a different location I would have brought it back to where I picked it up. Everyone has $50 to throw out the window.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat UHaul location. Our move went down without a hitch. Highly recommend Steve and his crew in Cochrane!
Jonah BWhen I rented the truck to move our daughter into Calgary. I knew it was going to be a long day and that I’d be returning the truck after business hours. I was explained how to use the app or to scan a QR code beside the door to fill in the details when I returned I returned at about 830 at night and scan the QR code but couldn’t find how to proceed without downloading the app and I don’t recall my password so I could download the app. Consequently, I dropped my keys through the lockbox after securing the truck and went home. I saw through the window that the manager of U-Haul was still in the building so assumed he had heard the keys dropped into the dropbox the next day I received an invoice showing that I have returned the truck at 11:15 in the morning and the invoice was about $75 more than I expected. I will not be back to rent again. I would probably have bought a barbeque there as well as we’re new to Cochrane and I need a barbecue, but now I’ll look somewhere else.
Anthony CComplete explanation of the vehicle, of the process of photos ( easy) necessary. Truck was fully gased up - ready tobroll, easy tonuse and return policies- ie gased up and back on time. Very pleasant staff, respectful. i certainly will use them again!
Terry BGreat that they are right next to a service station, so I could fill the truck without taking a detour first! However, limited parking, but did not cause me an issue.
