The truck itself was clean and the check-in through the app was straightforward, which I appreciated. However, the wait time was horrible and very frustrating. On top of that, the key to the truck was placed in the wrong box, which caused additional delays. The back of the truck was also extremely difficult to open and even harder to close. Overall, the experience could have been much smoother with better organization and equipment maintenance.

There were some major damage spots on the driver's side of the uhaul and The tire light was on. I had to call customer service because I was overcharged for my fuel usage. I went 13 miles total. The fuel was at a 1/4 of a tank when we started and in the same spot when I was done. Someone changed my fuel to an 1/8 of a tank. Hopefully they will take care of it. I have pictures as proof of my usage.

Lawrence LWhen I called and made the reservation I was not told I needed to download the app to be able to get into the vehicle at this location. The proprietor of the business was not very helpful. I felt like I had to figure everything out on my own until I called U-Haul. It was not a good experience and our trip was a half hour behind. I will not be renting from this location again.
