I had reserved a freight dolly for my move but when I went to pick everything up, I was told they didn’t have any. I was given another kind but it just wasn’t what I ordered.

Broken glass in the cargo area (2 dust pans full). Truck was given with 1/8 tank of gas. Truck had heavy vibration in steering at speeds over 65 mph. Staff was polite and helpful though.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone. They make it sound like your card will be charged to hold and then reimbursed for portion. If I knew all these extra fees I would have paid a friend to get what I needed. On top of the mileage they charge you, you have to fill the gas to half or get charged over $4.00 per gallon! Very disappointed in Uhaul.

Fix the transmission - it won't shift up in Drive unless you carefully jiggle the lever and "coax" it Fix the suspension: any bumps or holes in the road make you feel like the tie rods or something are about to fall off

I was told I had an E alert and I had rented a van on Vine street in 2016... I have been in my place 6 years now, my mom rented a van months ago from the 55th location but she had been in her place 5-6 years. We called the 1-800 number and somewhat in the middle of the telephone call the alert was somehow dispatched.. Not only was it an error, it took up my time plus it was embarrassing.. My question is or was is: if I knew i did Uhaul bad why would I return there to rent another truck or van from the company... It didn’t make sense at all! Truly a Uhaul error.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Was called one and a half hours before pick up to Be told my truck is not available. That I would gave to go to the hood and get a truck. Dealt with a horrible customer service rep who Couldn’t even tell me where to drop It off at. Was given no addresses via email as I was promised and had to call numerous timed to find out where I was going
