There were leaves and dirt in the van, so I swept it out before leaving the location. The lot is tight and there is often congestion getting in and moving vehicles. The staff was helpful and managed things effectively.Jacqui M.

Maintain the equipment! The truck I rented had bad brakes (noise and severe pulsation) and was short more than 2 gallons of coolant. The engine overheated, delaying my move by almost 2 hours and forcing me to change my plans. Thanks for extending the rental at no charge, but this was still very inconvenient, and hard to understand--you can't possibly save money by driving your fleet into the ground at customers' expense, but that is what you're doing if you choose to neglect basic service items like this. Also, are you sure you need to call my emergency contact on the spot and refuse to proceed until they answer the phone?ANDERS C.

I had to sweep out the back and wipe down the steering column. The staff was nice but the vehicle itself could had been cleaner but I know it was the previous user who did that I just would think covid 19 would teach us to clean better lbetween customers and not trust customers to clean themselves. I also would not had purchased the safe move it had been explained that even if I returned it in less that 24 hours I would still be charged 2 days. Whoever used the van prior to my renting it didn't bother to clean it out. And whoever was in charge of cleaning the trucks out at U-Haul didn't do it either. We cleaned the van out before returning it even though the mess was not ours and only thing we transported was 3 paintings that were too large to fit in a regular vehicle. I did notice that normally we had to wait a long time for someone to check in the truck, but this woman employee was there in less than 3 minutes to check us back in. Personally I wish you would expand the size of this location because there is no parking for customers, which is very inconvenient.Paula S.

She was late opening the store. I had to get the rental late thus having me to pay extra for the mover I hired. Then when I ask her if there was going to be a prorated amount she told me yes and never discount me for wasting my time y being late. I find this every rude and unprofessional.
