I wanted to say that I felt cheated by the clerk at the Value Store it Seville LLC location, I know that I did not take the "Safe Trip" insurance on my on line application. However, when I checked in, it was added and I am guessing that it was the clerk at the counter. The last time I rented he was very pushy about me taking the "Safe Trip" insurance. This time he appears to have just added it and without asking me or telling me, just handed me the completed form. I did not check it and this was my own fault. So when I got the final invoice I saw the $60 fee and was shocked. However, since I did not catch it on the initial rental I did not feel like I could complain or ask for a refund so I just let it go. Also, the clerk did not tell me to inspect the vehicle for damage and take photos before leaving the lot. I am glad that I knew to do this because there were two small areas of damage to the vehicle that I found and could have been held responsible for if I had not documented them with my photos. Eric

Gracie FI recommend the location I picked up excellent. The PROBLEM was that might pick up location was changed and no one called me. I did not have a furniture mover so i had to go buy one. That was not a good start to this experience as I walked to the location. The location was OUTSTANDING in helping. My gripe is with corporate as i have rented many a truck over the last 20 years...
