This rental location did not fully disclose the correct rental rates upon completion of my rental. I disputed the charges with the location yet they still recently made an unauthorized debit to my account that I will now have to dispute once more. I was unhappy with the customer service at this location and I am extremely unhappy to rehash this matter once more.

This location does not have the customer inspect the trailer for damages prior to rental. They do not ensure your vehicle works correctly with equipment prior to rental. The trailer I rented had not been inspected recently. There was a ground issue that kept blowing the fuses in my car. I was led to believe it was my vehicle that had something wrong. After then being allowed to take trailer home when the lights did not work correctly, I spent a couple hours troubleshooting the issue. It was the trailer with the issue. I returned the trailer back to the pickup location and let them know their equipment was faulty. Then I had to drive miles to another location who had like equipment. Then pull that trailer back to the original location to complete all paperwork. All in all, I originally picked up my trailer at 11:30 am and arrived back at my home to begin loading the trailer at 4pm. Frustrated is the nicest word I can describe my mood. Instead of arriving at my destination at 8pm, I arrived well after midnight. Not only did the equipment failure blow fuses in my vehicle the amount of time that it delayed my departure and additional risk of driving later at night with my family, there is no dollar amount that I can be compensated. I would love to be contacted about this experience to talk about reimbursing the full rental amount. Not only will I never use this location ever again, I might not use this company for my needs anymore. Needless to say, that would include any recommendations to anyone else as well.

Explain that you will charge for an extra day even if it is just a little over. We said 4 hours and it took 6 and was charged for an extra day. Had we said 6 hours we wouldn't have been charged at all. Not cool!

I know I put on an extra 24 miles and payed for it, however I returned the truck on Sunday Evening,not Monday afternoon as I scheduled it. Was told I would same some money if I returned it early. Guess 18 hours is not early enough.

The vehicle and people were GREAT!! I am ok with receiving an email and providing a review and/or comments. I would be willing to bet that if you were to ask the question regarding spam/advertisement/clutter/ type emails. A large majority of the response would be: Nope we don't want it. Plain and simple. As stated, Great experience, but don't want nor need any solicitation/cute/sparkly emails. You have a good company, you can do better than that.
