I do not have an issue with this location, but somewhere along the line of my original reservation and the time I picked up the truck, the size of truck was changed. I had requested a 20' truck. I had a request to potentially upgrade to a larger truck and/or haul a trailer. I refused. I picked up the truck and had movers load my truck but we're not able to load all my belongings. I was confused, frustrated and upset. It wasn't until I called the next day for options did I find out I was given a 15' truck and not the 20' truck I order and reserved. I'm not sure what I even paid for at this time due to discounts applied to my account. Did I pay for the 20' and not get what I paid for? I had to order and reserve a trailer to get the rest of my belongings loaded which meant paying for movers again, delaying my leave date and having to pay for the cost of the trailer. All additional expenses I would not have had to pay for if my reservation was not changed or messed up on your end. The trailer I was quoted was $65, but ended up costing me $180. Double the cost I was quoted. This move and experience was horrible, frustrating and upsetting to say the least. The additional expenses were not in my plans. I would hope to hear from someone who would look at this situation and make this right.

Location was closed when I dropped off and there was nowhere to clean out the cab of the uhual. I received it with a little debris so I had to return that way because no did not have a broom
