Original pickup was a t a different location after hours. App is not user friendly and calling customer service did not help. Glad we decided to pick up in person
Julie B.When I arrived I was expecting to pick up and drop off at another location as I always have - I was instructed that I had to drive the vehicle clear back to the pick up location. Which resulted in paying more than expected and making an unnecessary trip wasting time and money. When I received the uhaul the woman didn't do any kind of inspection with me to ensure the uhaul was in good condition - I couldn't open the back door and had to call service techs. This resulted in even more time wasted. The inside of the uhaul hasn't been cleaned, windows were dirty and floor was disgusting. Overall this was a terrible location and caused me to lose quite a bit of time and money. Never utilizing them again.
Cassandrea D.The driver side tire strap on tow dolly 3351 was broken. Mend or replace the strap and this said dolly would be up and beyond the standard. Thank you
