Slow service that was't attentive. Workers weren't focused or efficient as well as misinformed. When the staff member helped to attach the trailer to my car they let the chains hang too low and they were dragged for a good portion of my trip which is dangerous for everyone.

Even though I reserved everything through the app on my phone it still took 25 minutes to pick up an 8 ft U-Haul and there were no signs where to pick it up and so I had to drive in, wait, then drive out into another entrance to get the U-Haul. If you've reserved and paid online you should just drive up not even get out of your truck and they should just hook it up and you drive off.

Sad to say U-Haul was my second option and it was the best. I put a Truck on hold with your competitor and when I got there I had to wait in line for 15min to find out they did not have the truck for us. I drove 5 min down the road to your location they did not have the truck I needed but they did have a van that was close enough and worked. From here on out I will always rent form U-Haul.

Pickup Site switched without consultation. Charges at pickup were wrong and 30% too high. (Corrected at return.) Agent didnt seen to care at pickup when errors pointed out and zero help.

Pick up/drop off process slow, even with doing the pre registration online...many of the questions I was asked, were asked again, feel like the pre registration was a waste of my time.

Just realize that we were charged a fuel charge for a rental. My husband replaced the fuel and he left the gas receipt in the truck and we were still charged for the fuel ? Didn't realize this until I checked my email and saw it on the receipt.

Customer parking was barely adequate. Signage for entry into lot was inadequate with parked cars blocking what appeared to be the entrance.

I had to call four times because my reservation was incorrect. It took me over an hour to pick-up my rental, and over an hour to return the rental. Once I arrived at the actual service center my reservation was still incorrect -- after calling four times!!! The service team was really friendly. They were all very busy. I truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff, however, competance was lacking.

The trailer door operated only with significant effort, the paint was chalking & a large roach fell out when the door was opened. Not the quality of equipment I wanted to haul a new mattress & box spring in.

Eventually, we were told this verbally, but it would be helpful if a sign stated what we should do when returning the vehicle. (just leave the keys in, and leave, and wait for UHaul personnel to process once they get a chance). No problems with the rental and the service - all went well.

I made reservations for a location that when I got there was not open, had to go to another location where I was charged for mileage higher than I used. I was told I would get a 50 credit and I did not. Spent 30 + mins on hold to get nothing accomplished. Finally got a call back from a location manger for him to tell me he is not responsible fo the 50 credit only the mileage. Very disappointed, never had a problem with uhaul.

We will not be renting form Uhual in the future. We had rented a van to move our daughter from one location and a couple of days before we were advised that the rental would have to be completed from Reading Road. We arrived on time before 9.30 am to pick up the rental. My husband had to wait almost two hours to receive the vehicle. The manager at the location was unprofessional, rude and did a poor job communication why there was a delay. I had to call the main Uhual number for reservations to find our what was happening and kept my husband abreast of the situation. In addition to this, we tried to pick up moving pads from a Loveland location the previous day and it was closed during business hours. despite two phone calls, nobody addressed our concerns and we were unable to pick them up until the day of rental. very disappointed with our overall experience. i hope that we can get at least some of our payment refunded for the inconvenience and frustration this caused us.
