I arrived at Michelle's after they closed and there was no parking in their lot and no instructions available. I found a second truck around the corner, so I parked my truck next to it. I cannot comment on the personnel since I was later than when they were available, but I have to choose something in order to complete this survey so I assume yes?

FELICIANO Tno one was there to help me. i had picked counter pick up and had to call another location to help me. HORRIBLE never using that location again
Akaash AI was given mobile service but a code was never given to me and the location had to help with a code which took over 30min. If they weren’t onsite at location, I would’ve been stuck without help. Also the U-Haul had no gas and had things inside from previous renters .
Cynthia TThere was nobody in the location and I never got a code to open the lock box. Had scan barcode on the already reserved truck and go over the rental process again. Lost about an hour time.
