The app was a nightmare. The photos wouldn’t load. Sometimes it’s better to be greeted service rep who can walk you through the process.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy husband and I are in our 70s and your "check-in" process was so unclear and difficult with no help (a chat bot did come on my phone and asked us if we needed help, but they never answered back, it took us 1 hour to figure it out. Making your customers do ALL THE WORK is not good customer service. Also, we asked for a dolly and it was not included. The charge was $7. I'm not sure if the bill reflected that or not? I don't see it on there, so maybe not? The truck was fine. We got the job done and returned the truck to you early. Looking for a bit more service than this option provided so no we won't be coming back to this location.
Marilyn Cthe pickup location was moved to a remote style pickup without providing that context, the process to generate the key code was not easily conveyed and caused delay and frustration.
Nicholas KMy pick-up location was moved from the Broadway location to Peterson. I had requested in-person check in but this was not possible. The BP staff was not friendly nor helpful. Once I check-in through the app and picked up the truck it was tightly parked in an area that had a great deal of cars coming and going. It was extremely difficult to get the truck out of the parking lot. I was alone and had to get someone else's assistance guiding the truck out. Because of the time the pick up took, I was late getting to where I needed to be with the truck. I rent a least twice a year for business purposes and would not recommend this location nor will I use this location again.
Jeff GThe app instructions appeared out of order, so the pick up and returns were more complicated than they needed to be. Additionally, the van's key was not located where it was supposed to be, and ended up being locked in the return lockbox.
