Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis was the worst experience I have had renting a uhaul. The owner had no idea where the truck was parked. Woman at the office was very helpful and spent 30 minutes on her own time helping us look for the truck. The truck had more miles than the contract stated. There were cigarette ashes and a sticky liquid on the floor and the seat ( soda?). We reserved a dolly and blankets, but there were no blankets in the truck.
BRUCE RI had to return the truck when the business was closed. The app was showing a lockbox for the drop off but it was broken. We had to look around and next to the door of the business there is an opening (like the one for the mail) to drop off the keys.
Marta ZThis location has no clue they had any reservation for a truck when I walked in. The truck I received had two parking tickets on it, a flat tire with a hole in it, and non-functioning taillights. I did not choose this location - U-Haul reassigned my reservation to this location. If they do the same to you, change your pick-up location at all cost. Do not rent a vehicle from here under any circumstance.
AUSTIN SWhen I arrived at location, the person did not speak English and had me speak to someone on the phone about the truck return. They failed to check in my return until over a week later and I had to seek a refund for a late charge that should have never been issued. I actually returned the truck two days early.
