Im very disheartened that I was automatically charged $100 for another day of renting the uhaul when I returned it late. When I picked it up on 11/2, I had to prolong my rental time because the system was down. I tried to pick it up at 9, but then I was told I couldn't because the employees couldn't access the system. I ended up renting the vehicle close to 12 noon. Then I was charged $100 for returning it late on 11/4 which I find extremely unfair. The employee told me he couldn't help me. I feel like I shouldn't be charged considering I was inconvenienced when trying to rent the van.
