This was a large distance from my originally requested location and pickup time was later, leading to a large delay in schedule.

The reservation process needs work. We reserved a truck at another location and it was closed when we got there.
Kevin WThe truck was parked in what seem to be in abandoned lot. There was mud on the rims of the tires where the truck had sank down when we started the truck up. There was very loud squeals from the belts on the truck and the noises coming from the engine sounded like several vacuum lines were leaking. After a 2 hour drive. that the truck wouldn’t even go above 60 mph. The air conditioning died and the fan wouldn’t work anymore. Any turns that we did coming in and out of a parking lot, the shocks and struts would bottom out. The truck did get us to our final destination, but I feel like it was more of a measure of luck.
