I could not use the car trailer it was too small for the vehicle and I had to wait before the owner got back to return the equipment and I was told I would get a refund and I never did ao I paid 75 dollars for a trailer to go 2 miles and never tow anything and didn't even keep the equipment I returned it
DARREN Etruck needed maintenance, steering wheel aggressively shook 90% of the ride. also had a message on the dash to tighten gas cap but the cap would not tighten. other than that friendly location and decent check in and check out process.

GABRIEL WFirst two weeks before I needed this truck I understand that I would pick it up at the same location. One day before I needed it I was contacted and told I had to go to a different town. My mistake, I assumed that U-Haul could be trusted to fulfill their task. This added more mileage and gas use for the truck rental but also for me to travel further to pick up truck Also when I picked up the truck it had maybe a quarter tank. I had to.stop and get gas shortly after starting my trip. What happened to full tank then fill tank up when turning it in? . Live and learn.
