The only suggestion is not something the location can do really, but cell service at the location is terrible. My husband and I have different carriers and neither of us had much signal at the location which makes mobile pick up and drop off a little challenging. We arrived at the same time as another customer who had a difference cell service than we do and he also had issues with signal strength. Just a little frustrating. Otherwise, a great experience. We will continue to use U-Haul for sure!!!
Tara MWould rate it higher, but cell service is not very good at the location so was a little time consuming doing the mobile checkout, which is the only choice.
Philip RThere were so many problems. First, when we arrived, the key was not in any lockbox. The app said it was in box number 6. There wasn't a box number six at the pickup location. No one was on site to help. The key was hidden inside the trailer in the bag that is on the inside wall. There were 5 used blankets on the floor in the back of the truck, along with the previous renter's trash. There was 1/16th of a tank of gas so we had to put gas in it right away. I ordered two hand dollies, they were not inside the back. I called the 1-800 number and told them the dollies were not there and I paid for them. She told me to tell them that when I dropped the truck off. Well when I dropped the truck off at 4pm, of course no one was there. So, I paid for two dollies that I did not receive. Extremely frustrating experience. I will think twice before using again.
