The truck was very clean and ran great the storage units where very clean I am very satisfied with my experience with haul would highly recommend this facility to everyone very friendly and helpful

Provide a truck at my original choice and not something 30 min away
JARED DAbsolutely wonderful staff! Went in way earlier than what my reservation was for, not a problem for them! The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Helped make a difficult move a bit easier and to that, I am very thankful!!
Shay RShaun was predatory with his tactics and added 5 days and an extra coverage that was not asked for. I needed the van for 1 day and he purposely changed my reservation and then lied about doing so. He charged me $444, never did a vehicle walk around, brought the vehicle to me in a busy parking lot that was packed with a coffee line. The way he parked it I was not able to do an inspection because I was blocking the coffee place. I’ve always had a great experience with uhaul, but unfortunately Shaun has changed this.
