The truck was pretty dirty, definitely not cleaned before pickup. The location was changed for pickup and was an extra 25 minutes each way. This threw us off schedule and added another 32km to our truck trip. The truck itself was decent enough, handled pretty good and did the job as expected. The man that helped us at the pickup location was kind and friendly.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe pick up location was not ideal. It took 30 minutes to get the truck and asked for 12 blankets and they only had 8. The furniture dolly had flat tires and you couldn’t fill them up due to air leaks.
Todd KHave them keep on top of the rentals coming in!
DOUGLAS SDouble check that everything is in working order. As one of the lights was frayed. And didn't work. My hubby fixed it up though!
