Had to wait hours to even get my truck the battery was stolen some one had to come out and replace the battery the tire was almost flat, the U-Haul was filthy with cigarettes and ashes, there was a leak inside the bed of the U-Haul and it was raining my stuff got went because there was a whole puddle

U haul screwed up my reservation multiple times on Saturday costed me more money had to get a hotel room witch costed me more money because they made my reservation in California when I said Georgia was at the location at 6 to get my equipment to find out u haul put it in California not Georgia like I said spent hours ok the phone trying to get it fixed then I couldn't get the u haul because it was past 7pm had to get a hotel room at 11pm because of them I will be seeking full reimbursement from uhaul because if there piss poor booking

JOHN PTook way to long to process, cashier had no idea how or what to do. Had to call owner and he did the order over the phone. That location NEVER can do anything correctly. This is my 4th and my LAST time going there. Uhaul needs to SCREEN their locations and verify that people making these orders ARE QUALIFIED TO DO THE JOB!! THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY IS NOT!!
