I took the truck back at 9am, there was no one to check it in. They charged me $40 and I paid for everything in advance and I filled the gas tank and cleaned out the truck. I will not rent from U-haul again because you charge me extra money for no reason and no explanation.

To many damn charges to drop it off
Lauren W.We did have to put air in one of the trailer tires. It was also difficult to attach trailer to truck hitch because of the fact that the trailer was parked in low area.
