Charles BThe first truck I was given was missing knobs for the heating and air conditioning. After walking all the way around the building to the truck and finding this, I walked back around the building to the office only to find the office closed. I was lucky to get the attention of the employee. He was able to put me in another truck but explained that he had to cancel the first transaction (and apparently my reservation). When entering information into the second contract he asked where I was dropping of the truck. Unfortunately, the location I had been scheduled to drop off the was not one of the choices available. The employee said that he was entering “undecided” and that I would be able to drop at the original location with “no problems”. That was clearly not the case. Upon arrival I was informed that he was incorrect. I was ultimately able to return the truck at my chosen location the next day but only because I already had a storage unit there and they made an exception for me. Perhaps employees should be more engaged in the “delivery” of a rental vehicle. It would also be helpful if having to make a change to the rental did not cancel the original reservation.
Brian MYour scheduling manager team is extremely poor at communication. I have called them 3 times and spoken to Kendra. She assured me the manager would call me back. Over 4 days of reaching out to 703. 673. 2890. With no response.
