When I give cash and told I will get my deposit back at the place when I drop the truck off, I expect my deposit back!! I did not get my deposit because they said they didn't have any cash and I would need to wait for uhaul to send it. This is not the info I was given at pickup!!!! Where's my DEPOSIT?????!?!

The lady who help me she was amazing
Darlene C.This was the 4th Uhaul truck I rented in the last 4 weeks. All were good experiences with the exception of 1 which the truck had a check engine light on, however the service tech said it was ok to drive with the engine light on. Overall a good experience.
