The truck was advertised as "Gentle Ride Van" in big letters on both sides. The suspension was terrible though. Driving across the country on interstates, the truck would jerk front to back in a rhythmic motion from going over pavement slabs. It was very uncomfortable.

We had trouble getting in contact with someone to take care of the issue that we had returned the trailer timely.
Kenneth DOriginal trailer reserved was not present. Owner stated he is busy with other things and did not was to complete u-haul transaction. Overall uncomfortable experience.
