Its an old, run down convenience store. I did all the work to check the vehucle and trailer in. I parked the trailer, disconnected it and then parked the truck. I did all the check in on the Uhaul app and took oictures of the truck and trailer. The lady working the counter was not very helpful art all. She just took the keys from me.

marie fThis was a random gas station with one person on shift. He was working with a distributor to account for inventory he was taking and ignored four customers. When he finally did get to me, it seemed an afterthought. He was nice, but I’d rather get my U-haul from a U-haul facility.
Matthew EI had to clean broken mirrors out of the back and clean it out, wiring on trailer was just stuck together, brake and turn signal kept going off. I think I should have gotten some percent off what I paid
Cindy KMy husband and son were sent to t4 locations after my son made a reservation on the phone with U-Haul after arriving to pick up the car trailer the clerk said he made a mistake and overlooked and didn’t have the trailer so they were sent to another location and there was told that the guy that sent them there was mistaken they didn’t have the trailer either so they had to make another reservation and was sent to the 3rd location whitch was a indoor furniture store flea market some sketchy location mind you we are from Tennessee and this was in Georgia and they didn’t know anything about it and didn’t have one so they sent them to the last location and it was in a store the guy had it and it had a low tire my husband proceeded to tell the guy the tire was low and his response was put air in it well of course we knew to do that we just wanted to point that out to him but we got back to Tenn with the vehicle that broke down thankfully and returned the trailer but that was a real experience
