The customer service was great!!
Only the truck was actually available to rent from this location. None of the extra items I requested to rent were given to me yet I was still charged for them.
Staff friendly and helpful. It was good. Small yet convenient.
Had it scheduled for Bentonville to pick up had drive 8 miles out of the way back to Bentonville then back Thur. Was over on mileage don't no how that could have been unless didn't calculate for the 8 miles from there back to Bentonville then back . Was charged around 12 more for over mileage.
No improvements needed
When I arrived at Centerpoint Convenience on Monday morning to pickup the truck, I was finishing the online check-in and received a call from one of the owners (I'm assuming) of the store. She told me that there was a problem with the truck and that there was not a 20â€ available and another one had a broken ramp. She offered a 26â€ truck for the same price but I declined and went with a 15â€ option. I had also reserved an applicable dolly and was informed that there were not any appliance dollies available and instead they gave me a regular dolly (already on my reservation) and a furniture dolly (no charge). This meant I had to go purchase an appliance dolly to take care of my move. I can understand the truck situation but maybe perhaps a little earlier communication. The lack of appliance dolly was irritating. I think she attempted to meet my needs and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks
The truck I rented last time had not been swept out and had some trash in the front and under the seats. Probably just an over site. Otherwise, they were nice

The lady that helped me was very friendly and gave me a shorter direction from her location to where I was going. She was professional and quick. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Tried getting a truck at a location. No one was there to help. Called customer service and they told me I had to use the app. Not sure why customer service couldn't help. In my opinion that's what customer service is their for. To help customers. Ended up having to change locations to pick up truck. The Lady who checked out the truck to me didnt do the paperwork properly. Owner of the store almost reported the truck stolen. Lots of problems with the uhual app and online booking. On scale from 1- 10 on how my experience was I would go with-100. Get your stuff together uhaul. Get it together. By far worst experience I've had with a company.
Heidi went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. She was wonderful to work with.
These are honestly some of the friendliest, most helpful people you can be around.
Rates are a little high
The mobile app wouldn't process my check in request and I spent over an hour trying get the truck that I have already reserved before hand.
This was the worst customer service I have ever received. First it took me 30 mins to pick the truck cause the guy didn't speak English and couldn't find my reservation. His wife had to come out of the office to find it. After she found it they tried to tell me the truck had 1/2 tank of gas in it, there was only 1/4 of a tank. The guy literally went outside the shuck the truck to try to make the gauge change. The truck had sunflower seed in it and a cigarette pack. However the truck itself ran good. When returning the truck the guy chaged me for $62.50. This fee was for gas in the amount of $37.50 (please note I put gas in it before dropping it off) and a cleaning fee of $30.00. This amount was took out of my account within minutes of leaving the key in the box. I recieved an email notify me of this charge. I went back to the store and the guy refunded the money with no problem. However my problem is your company took the money out of my account with 2 mins of me dropping your truck off but it takes you 3 to 5 days to put my money back. This money was money I needed for gas to go see my grandpa that's currently dying, he is in the final stages of dementia and is in hospice. The people I talked to about this matter was very rude and pushy. All they wanted to do was get me off the phone and continued to tell me that it takes 3 to 5 day and how it's my bank that's holding the money. It's not my bank holding the money I checked. I have never been treated so poorly by any company until now. This is my first and last time I will ever use UHAUL for anything. Also I hope you guys have a very Merry Christmas with your family's cause can't go see my grandpa before he passes way cause for your employee mistakes.
Despite being late the angry guy inside the store was wanting to charge me even more for being late. He said I'm lucky someone else closed me out of the account or he would have continued to charge us for another 4 days. We returned the truck on time we just had a dolly we forgot about for 2 days longer then expected bc we just moved into a home and didn't have time to bring the dolly back on top of work. I thought they were supposed to make the move easier not be a douche about it.
I asked her specifically if I had to bring it back and she told me no. Then I dropped it off in fort smith and they want to charge me an additional $102. I feel like I should not pay that because I asked her and doubled checked because it was late if I could just leave it and she said any location and it was a one way trip

Provides the key but not the dollies. Had to make a second trip for the dollies I had reserved. Gas gauges was different then marked in the key ticket. I took a picture of the actual gas gauge for the online check in. When I returned it and had put gas in it owner came out and told me gas was wrong. I argued and said no the ticket is wrong. Had owner check the gauge and take a pic with my phone for submitting and had him verbalize the gas level. The online app identified the gas level was good. The location is a gas station so I don't know if owner of store was trying to get more $ out of me.
Went through all the steps online prior to arriving at the location and to ensure a smooth pickup. After spending time then having to sit in the parking lot and submit even more information (that you could NOT do in advance), the people at the pickup location couldn't find my reservation. After explaining to them multiple times that I had checked in online, a lady from the back came up front and found my reservation. About 20 minutes just in the store. Then once I went outside and had to follow more instructions on my phone (taking pictures of the gas gauge/odometer/damages) the original clerk came outside and asked me what was wrong and why I was taking pictures of the truck. Very odd and off-putting experience in general.
The customer owner was rude he spoke very badly to us. I will never go back or send anyone there the location was nasty and not clean. The truck was ok could have been better. The owner operator was rude.
