Apparently the employee was new. And had no idea how to check in my U-Haul return… Very frustrating. The gentleman that was there a month ago was fantastic.

DWIGHT HThe U-Haul truck we rented, did exactly what we rented it to do...move stuff. The most impressive part of this whole business transaction was Ryan. From my initial inquiry call through pick up, and drop off - he was personable, professional, helpful, attentive, and courteous. There were a couple of glitches with the original truck that we were to pick up...but Ryan rectified the situation quickly. Maybe he should teach your next Customer Service Class! Thank you Ryan.
vicki cMy card was charged 3 times instead of once. Service over the phone did nothing but say they don’t know why it would do that. I got calls saying I never returned the truck days later but I had and then was told well no one will be in that office until a week from now to close everything out. And then without notice they charge my card again today for gas even though I left the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Which was basically empty.
