bill gWhen I paid for the U Haul. It was my understanding that my payment included 50 miles. If I drove less than that I would get a refund of some of what I paid. There was no one on site when returned truck that evening. I haven't heard anything from them since then. I'm sure its not going to be of a great amount. Overall I was just thankful could get on a Sunday.
cynthia bThe directions and the lock box instructions are confusing. The lock doesn't fit in the slot with keys, and had someone not been going in, there wouldn't have been a way for me to even try with the gate locked. Communication could have been better I don't know how many times I tried calling and sending messages through the app and I never got any response besides my one phone conversation that I was asked to call back in 30 minutes - I never got hold of anyone again, however I was able to pickup and return the truck with no major issues through the app and chat. I'd rent here again but I'm never moving again!
