Phone number did not work for location no one there when we had to pick up trailer had to move other equipment out of the way to access and remove trailer. Had to do ourselves. Checked again on way out -- no one there. Could not call anyone because phone number disconnected. Had the place call the police saying we stile the trailer!!!!!!!! Guns drawn and handcuffed. Had to drive back and check-in on site. Someone there now. Woman was rude and non-informative on why they called police. We had registered and checked-in online. So they had our information I WOULD NTO RECOMMMEND SITE TO ANYONE AND WILL NEVER RENT FOR UHAUL IF I HAVE TO USE THAT LOCATION

HOWARD HThis location was very good, the original pick up location was terrible. I called to make sure that someone would be there to give me the keys. I was told someone would be there until 5PM. I arrived at 4:30 and nobody was there. I called customer service and was told to go to a new location. The phone number I was given was disconnected and my GPS would not take the address I was given. All of this took over an hour and a half. We finally found the triple s location and got the truck. It was supposed to have 1/4 tank of fuel but the mileage said 58 miles so we had to add fuel immediately. I would not recommend the original location.
