I dropped the trailer off during non business hours so I did not have contact with any personnel at this location. I used the app on my phone to return the trailer and found it very easy to use and had no problems returning the trailer.

Truck was below 3/4 tank a shop rounded up to 3/4 at pick up...then I left truck with a full tank at turn in. No credit given.

We were originally told we would get a truck Friday morning around 930...We got the truck at almost 5 in the evening...which meant we ended not getting the truck Loaded till very late at night.11 0 clock.at night...So instead of driving to our Destination.....We ended up driving halfway, having to rent 2 motel rooms which was very expensive..!! Then we did not ..Have the stand up Dolly to move the Washer and Dryer...so my Son and Grandson..picked it up and move it by hand....I called the owner..First she she told me her Husband tied it in the truck...I told her It wasnt in the truck ..I looked in the truck with my eyes..no Dolly...Then she told me her relative saw my Son tie the dolly in the truck.. ..But I told her it wasn't in the truck..So she drove to the Address from where we moved and looked around the yard,Driveway,She did not find it..I told we did not have the Dolly...So when we returned the truck..U haul fixed the problem.UHAUL IN KILLEEN GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE. The Uhaul in Killeen 1507 Martin Luther King where we took our things to Storage Place GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!.THE PLACE WHERE WE DROPPED OFF OUR TRUCK4601 E.RANCIER.KILLEEN TEXAS...GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! ......THE SERVICE WE GOT FROM 313 N HAPPY VALLEY ROAD CARLSBAD NEW MEXICO WAS A NIGHTMARE.....EVERYTIME WE CALLED THE LADY KEPT TELLING US A DIFFERENT STORY WHY SHE DID NOT HAVE THE MOVING TRUCK... WE WAITED ALL DAY.. ..WHICH MEANT SOME OF HER STORIES MUST HAVE BEEN LIES..THEN SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE PUT A DOLLY IN OUR TRUCK WE NEVER GOT.These people on Happy Valley in New Mexico...DONT KNOW HOW TO TELL THE TRUTH TO THE CUSTOMER...TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE ..I WOULD SUGGEST TO TELL THE OWNER TO TEACH THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE BUSINESS TO BE HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMERS.AND NOT GRAB THE DOLLY FROM THE CUSTOMERS HAND TO WRITE DOWN THE DOLLY NUMBER..THEN LEAVE IT OUT OF THE TRUCK...YOU NEED NEW PEOPLE TO RUN THIS LOCATION..THE LADY IS SCATTERBRAINED...GETS IN A HURRY..TELLS YOU ANYTHING..FORGOT TO WRITE DOWN THE FURNITURE DOLLY WE HAD..HER HUSBAND HAD TO REMIND HER TO CHARGE FOR THE FURNITURE DOLLY.NEITHER ONE OF THEM KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS..THEY DONT KNOW HOW. TO TALK TO OR HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS..THEY WERE RUSHING US OUT AS FAST AS THEY COULD TO GET OUT OF THERE..SO THEY COULD GET HOME..THEY LIVE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THEIR BUSINESS.Both The Woman and The Man Are HIGHLY INCOMPETENT..DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE BUSINESS..PLEASE TELL THE MANAGER THEY NEED TO HIRE A NEW SET OF EMPLOYEES TO RUN THIS BUSINESS!I DONT WANT TO USE THE WORD..I AM THINKING OF WHUCH IS .IDIOTS...BECAUSE I DONT BELIEVE IN CALLING PEOPLE NAMES..I GUESS I WILL STICK WITH THE WORDS TITALLY INCOMPETENT..THIS COUPLE ON HAPPY VALLEY IN.
