The move was so easy. The ramp is definitely a required item for any move. Very pleased with my experience. The staff made it easy and simple. This was my first time renting from UHaul. Usually I rent at Home Depot and I even had a reservation there but my friend suggested I check UHaul out. I had assumed that UHaul was going to be more expensive than Home Depot. A very pleasant surprise to find out your day rate is the same as Home Depot's 75 min. rate. Consequently, we were not rushed.

We were finally sent here after a massive failure from UHaul customer service to help us get our truck through online truck share.
