Increasing mileage rates by $.30/mile on a Friday (or any day) seems excessive.

There was only one attendant working both weekends I rented and he was not in a very pleasant mood Im sure because of the amount of customers waiting. My equipment was not installed properly on my last visit which resulted in me being pulled over for not having trailer lights. when I went to connect the lights myself with the law enforcement officer it was found that the incorrect connectors on the trailer and I could not connect into my truck like the cargo trailer did the weekend prior. I was told by the police officer to return where I came from or risk being ticketed at minimum or cause a dangerous accident. I of course chose to remain home however the trailer was kept over my time and I was billed for this. Please make sure in the future all lights are properly working for the safety of your customers.

Service person was polite and knowledgeable but understaffed. Had to wait 45 minutes while he unloaded a semi trailer making a delivery to U-haul. He was working as fast as he could. Another costumer stated they had to wait about an hour. You need more staff. If it wasn't for having to wait on pick up and return I would have given a 5 star. Costumers time is valuable.

I am sorry for a poor rating because service was great until the end. The man I checked the truck out with was wonderful. He was a tall, fit, African American with tattoos on his right arm, that I saw. His performance was that of a manager. Both in edict, respect, and speed. I hope he gets promoted. The gentleman I returned the truck to deserves a serious performance review. I walked in and there is a father and son waiting to have their propane refilled. They told me they had been their for 15 min. I waited 5 more and said, "Unacceptable!" I walked behind that counter. I went into the break/locker room, managers office, I even went into the back warehouse; the whole time yelling," Hello! is anybody here?" When I returned to the front a white, mid-20's, boy walked out of the bathroom with a grey U-Haul synthetic polo and said to me, " Hey! You know you are not supposed to be back their right?" I replied," Yeah, and you know you have people waiting up here for over 20 min right? I got places to be." I handed him my keys and left. The kid was snooty, unprofessional, and acted self entitled. He acted like his daddy owned the company or something. For this reason I will never use this U-Haul again. If need be I will use a U-Haul from a different town. But never again will I use the one in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Moving is stressful. A company that specializes in this should know that returning a truck after a move is the last time and place you want to agitate a customer.

No other choice in our area. Always understaffed, customers time should valued also. Trailer was dirty with gravel. Staff was indifferent. They do have really good trailers though.

I had the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I am usually a very patient person and it takes a lot to make me want to complain but seriously never again. I can't believe that a company would hire an assistant manager that is so extremely rude and unprofessional.

I was told when I made reservation that if I paid with cash when I returned truck my card would not be charged. In fact that was false. I checked my checking account and the 55.11 was taken out. Which made my account negative. I tried to get gas with my debit card and this is how I found out your mistake. When I called manager Montreal Pearson. He said the guys charged my account. This is why I paid cash. I plan everything out. Plus their was an issue with mileage. He said I went more than what I actually did. I never used your company before. The trust that your company would not be dishonest. So I Then he hung up on me. Which I was still talking. I'm NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I had to call back again this makes 4 times. Talked to another person And she states to get my money back will be 3 to 5 days. I'm not happy with this and my screw up on your end. For your mess up this has costed me more than I ever planned to pay.
