You won't work with a person, it's all done by app to download. It took more time to get a truck than it did to load it. I'm not joking. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I had assistance due to the key for the truck was in the wrong lock. I'll only work with a person from here on out.

Jason BYou did not provide me with my reservation. 12 hours before I was notified that the location of which I had reserved for pick up was not available. This caused dramatic changes including over 120 miles of additional driving and gas that I had to pay for. The application did not work for the pick up. I had to have a representative. Help me on the phone. Very very poor service all around.
Nathan YVery low on gas upon pick up less than 1/8 tank. And tough to get rental had to drive further for pick up. Also overdue for oil change
Morgan KIt was easy to find and the staff at Kwik Serv was helpful... BUT I had to call in to a U-Haul representative via cell phone and he was somewhere that reception was poor. I had to constantly repeat myself and twice he lost a connection and we has to start the verification process over. Not a good experience. Also, the gas tank was only half full.
