Avoid using this one! All other negative review with this location are true. I took the risk only because it is located in my neighnorhood. The people there barely speak and understand English, couldn't answer any questions I asked, and just gave me a phone number to an Uhaul agent to call, which ended up voice mail but eventually went through. after I returned the truck, they over charged the mileage and gas consumption. I had to call Uhaul agent to get them credited back. I have to say this location currently is run by some incompetent and dishonest people.

One guy barely spoke english and could not understand that I wanted help and guidance unloading my car from the trailer. The other guy simply told me where to park the truck and walked away. I ended up unloading the car by myself.

Gabriel RTrucks were new and clean. Employee or technology function of app. Did not jive. I thought app was easy for reservation. Not sure what was issue. Employee continued to ring up other customers trying to figure out app.. Organization of Truck Keys and location of truck was lacking. No Lock on Roll up door clasp like many other truck/ locations .
Thomas CDidn't seem like the person knew how to navigate on his tablet and he had to help other people with buying groceries and fuel, it took 40 minutes and he didn't help me hook up or drop off.
