Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe had to wash the floor of grease and oil after picking it up from the Caledon location. Also there is a water leak on or around the right rear wheel well. Had two wet mattresses. Other than that everything was as expected.
Mitchell SEven with a staff member present, it felt like self-serve. He didn't do anything and was not helpful. He dismissed my concerns at every turn. The return process was exceedingly difficult and I'm still not sure I did it correctly.

Pick up was at 8am and he did not come down until 8:45am and then immediately got in his car to drive to Tim Hortons and said he would be back in 15 minutes. The reserved dolly and blankets were not with the tuck and he had none and told us it was U-hauls problem. Never consider using this location.
Kristian DCustomer service was really bad they overcharged my card by accident and I had to leave an emergency contact information which was my wife's name and it says Linda on the guy at the counter said in my language Linda means piece of s*** it is language I took it to offense
