My reservation was for 7am. They didn't open until 9. They didn't show up until 9:15am. I was supposed to have dollies and there weren't any. My reservation was also supposed to be until 7pm that day and they had it for 1pm.

You should check out your equipment as the door would open after about 3 miles into my trip. I was able to keep the door closed by using my belt to hold the door closed until I got to a truck stop Brought a 1 in Ratchet strap to keep the door closed for the trip in about 10 miles north of Monticello, Florida. The right rear tire had a failure. Outside that the trip went smoothly, kept it at 55 so I would not have a Tire failure on the trip. Thank you
JOHN F1st location (P&J Food Mart#2) I was sent to was horrible. No one would help me with the rental. No one had the key to the truck. People kept telling me the boss man had the key and was at home asleep. Called U-Haul rep and they were fantastic. U-Haul rep redirected me to KJV Auto in Cairo, GA and they handled everything in less than 5 minutes. KJV personnel were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. P&J Food Mart #2 in Thomasville should not be a dealer. They are only hurting the U-Haul Brand and U-Haul’s reputation. The U-Haul telephone Reps are great. This was my second bad experience with P&J. Will never use them again, under any circumstances.
john pI went to this location on Friday afternoon to drop the Auto Hauler. 1. Sign torn down so could not immediately locate. I stopped at business beside them and asked where UHaul return was. They said, happens all the time. Just drive around back to the left. UHaul sign was run over by a truck, not replaced. 2. The man at the UHaul location said, I was just leaving, park it over there. I parked and unhooked trailer. The man was older black man with a neck brace on. 3. I am waiting for UHaul to contact me again about the overcharge on this contract. I dropped trailer off in Cairo on 27 Oct, 2023 4-5pm and was charge for 4 days.
