The Unit that I rented needs to be retired as the hitch was well past its lifeline and should be taken out of your inventory. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the receiver off my hitch. The people at the store were extremely nice and helpful, this is the only reason I am not sending a scathing report. Love your product and will always use your company. Expect a response-Mark C. The Uhaul computer process was a little tough for the store to manage. It kept kicking the store manager out and he had to keep restarting the rental process so it took almost an hour to get through every thing that was need to get me the uhaul. So just find a way to make the computer process better.
