U-Haul needs a new computer systems. The business where I got the rental property wasn't the problem. It was the computer system. I had to wait about one hour and 15 minutes because of the computer was continuously going down. I will look elsewhere first the next time because I don't have that type of time to spare.

Sherry CThe truck had a whining motor, likely a loose belt or bad belt, The truck is very poorly maintained. I was directed by text message to take pictures of the truck before leaving at i could not get it to work. The guy working at this location had no idea what he was doing and made the experience very cumbersome and tedious. I will not use this location ever again.
