Angela the receptionist was very pleasant, kind and explained everything well. My total time to pick up was less than 7 mins. I arrived at my pick up time and she was waiting for me; not me waiting on her. The location is clean and the inside even smelled good. My final receipt after returning the rental truck was less than an hour. Everything went smoothly.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulthis location Was not open at 9:30AM. I had to wait. Truck had holes in the roof and it was a rainy day causing my property to get wet Very disappointed
Thomas HThe reps i spoke with were professional and courteous, making for a swift and smooth transaction (even through the few technical difficulties).
JEREMY PWhile the place I got my U-Haul from was wonderful dealing with the company of U-Haul was not. The app does not work and when I called wait time was hours with a call back that only came the next day.
