Lower mileage rates on weekends. Have the gas tank full when truck is picked up so customers don't have to worry about getting gas as soon as they leave your lot.

Website kept freezing up
I think it would help if staff would do a walk around with customers. The van I rented had a huge scrape below the passenger door. I asked staff to take a look as I didn't want to be charged for damage I didn't do. And staff did take a look and noted the damage
When a customer submits a reservation request for a particular piece of equipment to be picked up at a specified time and place, and U-Haul provides a confirmation number for that request, DO NOT change the time and place of pickup to a dealer 40 miles away the day before!!!
The game the rental person played with the gas tank levels was pretty underhanded and sneaky. I drove the truck exactly FIVE MILES on a local pickup/delivery. The rental person said the gas level showed "five-eighths of a tank, so there's plenty of gas - don't worry about it." I didn't, even though the gauge showed slightly below that line when I drove it away. He was too busy to print the receipt when I turned in the truck, and said he'd email it to me. I was fine with that. When I got my receipt, I'd been charged for a GALLON AND A HALF of gas! In FIVE MILES?? That's underhanded and abusive!
The truck cab smelled horrible and the window crank was broken but I was able to move.
Online check-in app wasn't working. Location was closed. Left keys and called location to assist - which they did very well. On side note, tried to use online app. Too many challenges to share. Very frustrating...as was assisted process. Spend more resources on making your online app better
The gentleman helping me was fantastic! He was super helpful with my questions, and thorough with explaining all the details of the rental. When I set up the rental, I got the times mixed up. The customer service guy went above and beyond to help me find another truck. It all worked out. I'd recommend this location based on the quality customer service alone. The windshield needs a good cleaning.

The truck was/is in need of maintenance. It was missing and running rough the entire trip. A couple of times was concerned that it wouldn't make the complete trip.
Very quick and easy drop off. Also, woman at the 888 number was super helpful. Texting me the address for the drop off location

Everything was ready to go and in great shape. The people were very helpful and made the process easier than it appeared to be when you read it online. 2 suggestions 1.less email communication. I was getting some almost everyday and they seemed to have different instruction on pickup location. 2. I was confused about where to pick up the vehicle. Email gave me 2 different locations on eac email.
When the corporate computer problems inconvenience a customer, you should communicate that down the line to the drop off location. The customer should not be inconvenienced by corporate headquarters inefficiency.
Everything was great. Always friendly efficient service here & very clean, well maintained vehicles.
