The brake felt pretty squishy, I recommend get them checked and probably replaced. They felt sketchy. Truck was clean enough but various debris from previous users. It was an expensive day, drove 170 miles, used $95 of gas.

Kent MWorst experience with UHaul at pick up only. Reservation through phone was great it was only bad after I went to the location and picked up.
Eve Mwe had a problem with the transmission when we had to stop or start. It clunked hard. We called U-Haul and they sent a repair man out after 2 hours of delay. Said it was in Tow, adjusted on computer. We started again and 2 exits down the road it clunked again. We were on the freeway most of the time and decided to drive it anyway. Made it to our destination and let them know. Over all, it was ok.
SUSAN OTruck was clean but smells of stale cigarettes. Worked great with everything else.
