This is the second time that I have booked at the Brampton location and the equipment become out of service when pick up time, then getting the run around to go to another location, as for Friday, I have to drive well over an hour and take a toll Hwy to make it there on time for Pu . So all this add expenses for me is nothing for the 50.00 off, as for giving me 2 extra days, is really no good, because once I move the car using auto hauler, I can't use it for anything else, so if it sits in my driveway or your lot there is no benefit for me, I was told it would be 50.00 off the 90.00 dollar charge, which then turned into 99.00 plus tax and insurance, which was now $134.00 this number is not the exact number I don't have the paperwork right with me, maybe in the future the people that check in equipment should look more closely to the fine things that put these items out of service, and don't get fixed right away, so the next person who has a reservation doesn't have all this added running around, the guys in Burlington got me going I thank them, i know I was starting to agitate them because the amount I was being charged and what I was told was different, I have rented from uhaul many time in the pass, if I had to do Friday the 13/17 all over again . I would not do all that added driving all over for that again, I don't drive a Toyota Corolla, I am towing with a Dodge Ram truck

I arrived at 5:00 which was right about closing time. The employee was there in a truck but didn’t come to help me until I got someone else to help me unload the trailer from my vehicle. He said all would be checked out in the morning and all was good. Then I got an email at noon the next day saying I was late because they hadn’t checked it out yet. The girl I talked to when I called said she tried calling aldershot but no one answered . Overall the whole booking and return was a nightmare!! It was not a good experience!!

Although the first day I went in to reserve there was a computer glitch happening, I was able to still reserve a vehicle. I found the staff very friendly and polite to deal with. The vehicle was clean and in good repair.

Very frustrated that I asked multiple times that my credit card NOT be charged and that when we returned the vehicle, we would pay with debit. When we returned the vehicle the associate charged my credit card instead of us paying with debit without my knowledge and had to refund the payment.

One young fellow on the Sunday was not a people person, I ask him why? No Answer. The other fellow who worked with him and then served me on the Monday was fantastic. He was the one who called the previous customer when it wasn't returned on time. Kudo's the people oriented guy.

I have used this location on numeroius occassions and have never had an issue until this rental, it seems that we were charged for 3-days rental and we only used the trailer for less than 24 hours? my wife will now have to take time from here busy schedule to deal with this over-charge. Other than that the overall experiance was very good.

If you could mark the entrance/exit more clearly with signage or with painted arrows that would be helpful. Otherwise, well organized lot and a very friendly associate who answered all my questions.

There was an issue with the trailer. Either the balance was off of the front half of the trailer was loose. When empty the front of the trailer bounced so severely I was concerned it was going to damage the trailer hitch on my car. It got to the point where the entire car started bouncing. No problem when the trailer was full.

No truck was waited for us even after confirmation on Mainway ave.. We got called by F-word because we refuse to be nice with Customer Service Got yelled by CS Got a call next morning saying we haven't returned the truck by the deadline. The truck was actually returned at 1 am on Sunday.

Dealing with a customer service centre located in Arizona for Canadian locations was very frustrating. We confirmed a reservation over the phone for a 26' truck at Mainway Burlington location for 9:30 am. Only to be told that our reservation moved location and so had the pick up time, just an hour later. Moving the location wasn't so bad but moving the time was inexcusable, considering we "confirmed" just an hour previously. When inquiring, we were informed that a 26' truck was never available at the Mainway location. Based on this experience it appears that U-Haul just wants to get you booked regardless of the consequences for the customer. As it turns out there was no 26' truck available at time of pick up. Suprise!! I had a bad feeling this was going to happen. If an organization is going to utilize a central booking system they should at the very least know where their equipment is located and not over book their assets. Shame on U-haul for treating customers so poorly when they know the urgency for customers, needing a truck to move their belongings at the end of the month. More care should be taken to honour their commitments. They certainly expect their customers to honour their's. Seems like it's a one-way agreement.

The staff at this location were as helpful as they could be with our situation. 2 other U-Haul locations messed up our 'guaranteed' reservation and this location was able to help...somewhat. We were able to pick up our truck at 2:30 (instead of 9:30am) I will NEVER use or refer U-Haul to clients or friends again. Our truck was reserved for 9:30am pick up, but confirmed for 4:30pm. What?!?! We found another truck at a different location. When we arrived they said no 17' trucks available, go to another city for a 10' truck. Seriously? How does that even make sense? The traffic department aribrarily canceled our booking and even messed up their own U-Haul guy's instructions for timing when HE called himself?!?! An absolute GONG show. People who originally were able to help, were not available for the late time of the day, making our move a brutal one. One friend said this was the second time in a week that U-Haul messed him up.

The truck might have been the worse vechical I have ever driven. The exhaust of the truck was extremely loud and I was gagging from the smell in the cabin. The truck stalled no less then ten times. I don't think I would ever rent from uhaul again

Seems like the busy times are first thing in the morning when everyone is picking up their rental. Some times there's only one person, which is not enough to check people in, bring the rental around, and check it over with the client. Otherwise the location and service is good.

You can have your employees show up before the store opens. Open time was 7 am and the person opening got there at 7:30. This is not the first time this has happened. I run a small business and if this was my employee they would no longer have a job.
