Wow, what a terrible experience. They tried to tell me I could not leave the truck there even after completing the steps in the app. I felt very pressured by this company. They took many minutes of my valuable time waiting after I have already completed and trying to return the keys. They refused to accept the keys and I had no choice but to leave the keys on the counter.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulRaymond and Mike were amazing. Friendly and informative. Chris was subpar at best. He didn't get all the information needed for our reservation. He was abrupt and rude. Wasn't at all friendly or respectful to Raymond for his time and had the equivalent of a temper tantrum. Luckily, Raymond was able to get everything fixed for the reservation and we were able to move successfully. Had an issue arise and Mike was helpful and informative. He kept in touch until everything was resolved.
