Raymond and Mike were amazing. Friendly and informative. Chris was subpar at best. He didn't get all the information needed for our reservation. He was abrupt and rude. Wasn't at all friendly or respectful to Raymond for his time and had the equivalent of a temper tantrum. Luckily, Raymond was able to get everything fixed for the reservation and we were able to move successfully. Had an issue arise and Mike was helpful and informative. He kept in touch until everything was resolved.

DALE CI was called 2 days before my pickup date, and advised that the pickup location had been changed. When I arrived, I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to finally help me. I kept getting told someone would help me soon. Then, when the gentleman finally came to help me, he didn’t even know how to do a pickup and had to keep asking the two other people to help him. The two other guys were the ones that initially told me I had to wait. Then the items I had pre-ordered, weren’t even available at that location, I still had to go to the original location I was supposed to pickup the truck at. Then, in the end, when I dropped off the truck, I was charged for going over the allotted miles. I was charged an additional $10.75. I should not have been charged anymore for all the trouble and I didn’t even go over the mileage. Do better U-haul
