While all staff I met where very good at customer service why the hell do you require people to go in and check out (wasting so much of my time) when if I showed up a half hour later I would have simply dropped a key in the slot and be done with it. Additionally why is your application to drive continuously getting longer while you have zero system to handle repeat business where you would store a card (like my organization) Also your app is hot hot garbage basically making it impossible to check out my truck and thus got to wait again in a stupid line. Operationally as an organization you guys need to get your crap together. You aren't that special and I use a zip car instead.

The people who work here are the absolute WORST! So rude—I don’t know how they have jobs here. My pick up experience was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Have a question? Good luck getting answers. Need help? Nope. Call the 24 hour manager line and Belinda will not pick up.

uhaul has their mileage rigged. Stated we did 15.3 miles when in fact my husband and I did 12.6. It was not the cleanest vehicle but overall the location was perfect for us and they had the vehicle ready within minutes.

I was originally sent another drop off location that did not accept U Hauls. I then called 1-800-go-uhaul and spent 30 minutes on the phone to figure out where to drop truck off.

Increase the speed with which customers are attended to when they are online. as it stands the lines move way to slowly. Maybe there should be separate lines for customers picking up trucks and those returning trucks.

I utilized the mobile option for reservation and to “pick up my truck” & the whole process was messy, time consuming and overall frustrating. I will never use this service again.

I was not at all satisfied with my experience. I reserved a 17ft uhaul the day before I needed it. I told the person I needed the uhaul all day. When I made the reservation I was never told I needed to return it by 3p the day I needed it. When I picked up the uhaul I was then told it had to be returned by 3pm. Which I knew wasn’t ample time to complete my move. This lack of information made my move very difficult and much longer than needed. Will never go this location again.

I made a reswrvation using the mobile pick up option.NEVER AGAIN! It was 100 degrees outside and they kept asking me all this information that had alrrady been provided over and over again, i had to keep taking pictures of my ID's and then a very long wait for them to verify my identity. My reservation was for 930 and i didnt get the truck till way after 10am. It later then told me they couldnt provide me with atruck at this moment please go see a clerk. On top of tjat when i wemt around to let someone know that my reservation required a hand truck, furniture cover and pads, nothing was in the truck. The man i approached told me you going to have to go inside and get them boss. I went inside and the line was at a least 15 ppl long. Once i gor to the counter the lady who attented me was very nice and very patient. I finally got into the truck and took off.

Location wasn't the issue - customer service was. Technical difficulties returning the truck. On hold for half an hour before getting an unconvincing O.K. to drop the truck off and head home. Really bad. Would not rent from them again.

I reserved the truck close to my house, 2 days before I got a email telling me that the pick up location was changed. I needed to pay $50 per ride. During my check in process I was informed that they did not have furniture dolly, however I reserved before and when I asked the employee how this type of problem could happened? He said: ” First come First serve.”

Some help with the “self check-in” would’ve been adequate. Instead the employee told me “you’re kind of supposed to do that on your own.” Also, I was charged a cleaning fee but the truck needed to be vacuumed before I took possession of it. I left because I did not have time to plead with the customer service people who did not seem like they wanted to be bothered.
