There was just one person in charge of everything. It took us forever to get the rental van; on top of that, I was definitely overcharged. The mileage did not make any sense. I had the worst experience with this rental.

Christopher HCharged an after hours fee, even though we bought it back when they were open, and even if they weren’t why should we pay if they are closed on a day we need to bring back. I will never rent from this location again.
RICHARD HThe location is a garage it is convenient, the owners are nice. Wish the trucks were newer but overall this is the 3rd or 4th time I have used them.
MONICA DFinal rental receipt reports charges incongruent with quoted terms upon rental. Examples: liability coverage was not purchased but was charged. Additionally, a smaller environmental fee was charged with no prior notice.
