it pains my whole heart having to rent a u haul... The service cant be this poor and all about money. As mentioned, I run a moving company and I cant rely on u haul to get a positive review from my customer, This poor practice must stop.

I was not happy with the service I got. If I can help to never rent uhaul again, I will. We have always been happy with uhaul before but this time it was off the charts bad. So if you have from 1-10 on good or bad I would class it as a 100 under anything good. Never going to recommend uhaul to anyone ever again.
Lisa FThis is the second time I’ve rented this truck. First time I had a 8am pick up. Couldn’t get the keys until after 9. This time I book for 9 to avoid this and again couldn’t get the keys at my desired time. It was 945 by the time I got to where I was going. Paid employees to stand around and wait.
Stuart JOnly issue I had was that the trailer did not have a jack and it’s is a hard lift for one person and there is no one to help at both the pick up or drop off locations
