Staff was very aggressive
Horrible!! When I called I got quoted before renting it, I called a couple of times to make sure that was the quote I was given from the beginning . When I drop off the truck I had to pay MORE than DOUBLE the quote given ...
I pre booked weeks in advance for a 2 day rental and paid my bill IN FULL on pickup day. When I returned the truck, I was told by the attendant I owe an additional $65. I questioned him and he sent me inside to customer service. After 5 mins of "Looking at my rental" , the bill changed to $25. Then I was told not to worry it would now be $15. I was told that it was for the extra day of insurance. Why would you make me pay for everything on the day of pickup, but not charge me for the extra day at the same time. Sounds like a money grab to me. I was told the manager would call me personally on Tuesday before they "Close the transaction" but no call. Just an email telling me I've been charged without any explanation. I am not impressed with the way this was handled and I feel I deserve an explanation from somebody.
Very turned off with the entire process or renting out the truck. It was extremely tedious and long. It's a great disappointment and i will definitely seek out other solutions and companies for moving. Won't be back anytime soon
Excellent experience. I highly recommend Brandon, owner of Minute Movers through U-Haul! His company is very efficient, friendly and inexpensive for the work they did! I will definitely recommend Brandon and U-Haul to anyone who needs a mover!
We came to return the vehicle 10 mins before the posted time. But the staff refused to accept return and said they shut off the system. Since i paid by debit now i have to come back tomorrow. Such a pathetic experience!
Right front headlight was falling out of vehicle
The front desk girl was good and patient but explanation of policies was lacking when I picked up the van he was just left running with no instruction that this was mine which was frustrating since it was minus 19 outside with the wind chill... I went to total of 25 km and I was charged $17 for gas even though the needle didn't move. When I came into the parking lot there was nobody to help me to let me know where to drop off the van and although I looked confused and reached out to staff members they just continued to do what they were doing and ignored my questions until finally one person answered. I personally did not want to come to this location because I read the Google reviews about customer service not being good but I had no choice. All in all I was expecting worse but truthfully it was still far from good
The front desk staff seem to not care at all about the job and seem to wish they were anywhere else in the world but there. Unhelpful, indifferent and rude is how I would describe the female staff member that served me.
Everything went well for me.No complaints at all.Everyone was very friendly.
Truck rented was very old and brakes did not work. The truck was provided to me late. The customer service representative that called me the next day was extremely rude, abrasive and shouted at me early in the morning, ruining my entire day. When I asked her name she behaved condescendingly and spelled it out to me. I was furious and will never step foot inside this store at all. If management is human, they will find out who called me on the morning of Sunday Feb 7th at 10am and take remedial action. My number is 6476163812.

The process of Mobile pickup was easy but the INSTRUCTION for first timers WASN'T CLEAR at All.....
Everything was fine. Only problem was the inside of windshield glass was really dirty.

I got a call a day before my pick up date and was asked to change the 20 foot truck (original booking) to 16 foot truck or else change the date for the booking. I had no other option but to change the pick up date and time. U-Haul must fulfil the promise of refunding $50 as the truck was not available on the booked date. I booked more than a month in advance to avoid this last minute availability issues. This is completely unacceptable from a company like U-Haul. I had to change my moving plans last minute because of this screw up by U-Haul.
Amazing staff and customer service!!
That was the worst experience I've ever had ! Dead battery for a 30 min moving and we got stuck for 3 hours with no one at the store responding ! And after that the person at the store did not do a reduction just â€œwe reduce the fees concerning the delay of your arrivalâ€ of course I was late because I was stuck for 3 hours !!!! Disgusting! Never ever will work with you again and I will let everyone know about that at my work and for new movers in Canada
The outside of the truck was dirty but did snow 3 days before pickup. Also a senor light was on for low tire pressure
It will be better if you mention proper location for key book with images.I wasted 15 minutes to find the key
I like how I did not have to wait for anyone outside to pick up my rental, keep up the good work.
The tire light on the dashboard was on. As well as another symbol which I'm not sure what it was for.
The return process was kind of discouraging and was not at all welcoming after doing such a strenuous move. They need to improve with the staff when returning equipment.
