The employees were having a conversation when we walked in. My father and I stood at the desk for about 1 minute before they stopped their conversation to serve us. The attitude of the employee who served us was terrible. She did not ask whether any other licensed driver would be driving so once the order was completed we were not able to add my father's license to the truck. The employee proceeded to tell us to call 1800gouhaul to fix the problem and offered no apology for her mistake. I will not be using this location again. These employees need a lesson in manners and common courtesy.

Truck gear was slipping and cause issues for sometime. Fuel tank gauge was faulty, can not make up how much gas left. It always shows empty. Surprise the per kilometer price.. Its outrageous. Although it was posted before i booked but no where near the normal price you get from other rental places.

1 is attitude, girl at the counter does not seem to care at all. I’ve Accidentally put on more than half a tank of gas and was told they can’t do anything about that and that “they train their girls well”. Just great customer service. Run from this company!

1. My online reservation was cancelled, and only informed over the phone 30 minutes before rental pick up time. 2. The "broken" trailer had a detached wire, which was in plain sight, which I, the customer fixed. 3. I was informed of the new policy of no after hours return, which is VERY inconvenient. 4. I still dropped off the trailer before office hours the next day. Called the office to get a confirmation that the trailer was in the yard. The counter person (lady) simply could not understand my request. 5. As I drove in the next morning (13th), a service person approached me, inquired what I required, checked the trailer, and sent me a confirmation email within seconds, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Kudos to this young man for his excellent attitude and customer service skills.

Truck was dirty. I would have liked a USB port but I quess it wasn't necessary. Truck felt like it had no suspension but I've never driven in a truck before so I'm not sure if this was normal.

the wait for a truck was over an hour even thou we had preregistered the staff was not able to bill truck rental and lock purchase on one invoice and when we came back after we had started loading the truck and wanted more blankets to add to the contract the staff was not help full. and one staff member took the credit card info and security code to enter manually after i had said i did not want here to enter it manually and she became very angry when informed that so had failed to respect my request because now my card could be compromised yes to friend but exercise caution do not trust the staff for you give them a lot of personal info and they do not even tell you whom they are

The back of the van needed to be swept out... was told by the attendant that he would do it right away. Inside rearview mirror was broken and should be changed as it's a safety issue while required it while driving.

This rental has been my worst experience. It started with online reservations as they did not get my reservation correct. Once i rescheduled my reservation to get the equipment I wanted and had a guarantee, I arrived at my location for pick up they did not have the equipment. I had to drive out of my way to get the equipment. Once I went to the new location the lights didn’t work as a connection was broken causing the light to be extremely Dim. One of the lot guys had a hoibble attitude and said well at least they are working and I showed him the connection as it was ready to break. One guy helped me out and put new wires on however I lost almost an hour of time. VERY DISSAPOINTED and will have to very carefully consider if I would use Uhaul again.

When rentals are not available let staff tell customers waiting in line or put up a sign by the door, then they’re out of stock., so time isn’t wasted wating for no reason
