Location and people is great. Uhaul online portal is a fail! Previously I could not check out, this time I could not do the return.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEasy pickup and drop-off process. Excellent service, friendly staff, and everything was quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean and ready on time. Highly recommend this U-Haul location!
Sukhmanpreet SFirst of all empty bottles in front seats and then back storage area was dirty, a lots of dust (sand) and important two points first center back mirror was not there and another AC was not working if we paying too much just to move comfortably but in this we just gots sweat even with on full AC eventually we have to open windows. Prince KExcellent service. Ms Manjood was very helpful, kind, and professional.
Badri MUnprofessional. The staff was busy attending esso customers. Uhaul customers were treated secondary and were asked to wait on the side, at first no staff was available on the counter. And while returning , staff didnt know where the key drop off box was requested tonpark the truck in no parking zone . Lack of knowledge and poor communication was there.
