when the prevous renter leaves trash in the back, and chips in the cab, fine them, or give the next renter the cleanup fee. also pay customer from fuel overages returned, i consumed a quarter tank on the way ouy, bringing me to half a tank, so logiv\cally filled the tank, figureing it would be at 3/4 when i returned., but the tank holds another 30% of a tank that isn't listed on the gauged. You owe me that quarter tank of gas. I want to be refunded one standard cleaning free for thowing out the previous renter's garbage and 6 gallons/24 liters of gas. also Iwas not provided with a simple link to return the van and had to spend my data downloading your app, which restarted three times while I was using it, making me go back to the start, then crashed completely and when I retarted, said I had no rentals out. I got texted a receipt, but my email has a letter that say "your receipt" with no receipt in it I have nothing good to say about my u-haul experience. your link demanded photos, but then said it couldn't accept any more photos. I have takenmany photos before and after and if I cannot recieve satisfaction will be fighting my way up the line with head office until I do.

JIBIN PThe van was not clean, rear left tire was almost flat, left turn signal and left brake light did not work. I declined insurance but I see it was STILL added to my bill, plus some obscure after-hours charge as well despite renting DURING business hours. Overall GROSSLY DISAPPOINTED by this transaction!
