Called 3 times asking if I needed to extended my rental time, but I had already turned my vehicle in. After explaining this on the phone, they claimed they did not have the vehicle at their location still. I asked them to check the security cameras.

Called me repeatedly after returning the truck saying that I hadn’t returned the truck. Hassled me over the phone and the manager even hung up on me!!!! Appalled with the service I received. They said they didn’t see me on the security camera footage which is absolute BS. AND I have an uber driver who was there picking me up at 1:14am April 15 to confirm all of this. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service I received.

I did not want a dolly or moving pads. I had indicated that on my order. I was very unhappy that there were both installed in the back of the truck in case I wanted to use them for a fee. I paid for the full size truck box but was unable to use the full space. They were in the way and should not have been there. Plus when I dropped off the truck they were unsecured and could have been stolen. I may not use uhaul again if this how things operate. I should get a refund for the space that was taken from me. I did appreciate that this location was open after the first location cancelled on me. Your website should accommodate closures on days when a location is normally open.

$2445 for damaging a sectional bumper (2" of plastic that was bent...not wrecked, not destroyed, not even very noticeable). It's extortion. It's not right. I feel sick to my stomach. I will never use Uhaul and, if I could, I would let the entirety of the world know just how wrong these people are in their operation and mindset. It's predatory.

Slow on service at the counter, the lot guy didn't seem to know what I rented, he also didn't seem to be all there - I would have guessed as a younger kid he was high. He also forgot to give me my Dolly's, my furniture pads, and after I drove back 25 minutes to get them he said his manager would discount me them and after receiving the final invoice it looks like I still got charged for them. All in all poor service. Only rent from them because the lot is convenient and availability is usually same day.

The app needs help! It cut out mulitable times while trying to check in. I finally got it back up, but it said the van I rented was in transit, but I had no key. Called customer service, amazing service, the lady put me on hold and had to call the owner of the Uhaul to get the key code. So something that should take only a few minuets took about 1 hour....I also think every Uhaul rental store shouldn’t have a guest WiFi (password protected, you get a password sent to you) just in case you have no cell service. Overall great experience, I’m thinking about buying that type of van now.

Customer service was a second thought. Two people working today could not have cared less about being there. I couldn't understand the guy who was taking care of me. When I asked several follow up questions on how the gas refill worked he simply said the instructions were in my contract. Awful, awful, awful. I will go to other u haul locations in the future.

Drivers door had to be slammed shut, gas mileage was way below par. Truck was not checked out good. We got stopped for a license plate light not working by the police . Got escorted to a Loves truck stop where I had to buy a screwdriver and bulbs!!!

My dropoff was moved at the last minute, forcing me to spend an extra hour on dropoff Saturday evening. I was charged for insurance that I waived. I was charged for gas that was not used-- I rented the truck with 3/4 tank and I returned it with 3/4 tank.

I did the online check in. Then when I arrived at the location to pick up I needed to have my own insurance card with me. I didn't have my car with me....Please add that to the online check in: BRING PROOF ON INSURANCE WITH YOU AT TIME OF PICKUP. Simple solution to annoying process. PS this location should shovel the snow off the sidewalk outside their property, not just the driveway.

Long wait. I was told “the system” was down. I paid movers for 30 min just to wait. I had a reservation but got a smaller truck than I ordered so the move required an extra trip. I complained and he gave me some free blankets. It cost me about $150 and at least an hour of my time. The manager was surly and seemed to feel that a “system” being down was something I should just accept.
