Trash was around trailer when I pulled up to the building, Uhaul representative would not help me with hookup. I was backing my vehicle to the trailer and she just stood there, no hand signals, just stood there.Gerald C.
You switched locations to this one last minute. When I arrived she did not have any utility blankets or the dolly I had ordered 2 weeks before that. It was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. I then had to drive to 2 other locations to locate a dolly. This was a very frustrating experience and Would like a partial refund for my truck due to your errors.Kevin D.

The person working the desk was very slow and had little knowledge of what to do since the computer system was down. When we returned the truck and the system was still down, we told her we had ordered pizza and needed to pick it up and she just strugged at us. Not to mention she gave me a dirty attitude when I asked about if they offered a military discount.Paul S.
When picking up the trailer the saleswoman didn't know how to calculate the number of days for a rental and required additional days to be paid for. It took about 40 minutes to do the paperwork because she couldn't figure out the system. Lastly, she stated there were no uhaul locations at the destination even though there were 5 or 6.Vicki K.

Our pickup appointment was for 1 o'clock but when we arrived the location was closed until 2 pm. UHaul should be aware of store operating hours to alleviate send a customer to a store that is closed.Robert S.

When I booked on line I selected a closer location that opened earlier. However this was changed after I booked. I called the pick up location & they moved up the pick up time to 9 am when they opened instead of 10 the schedule given to me. When I arrived the computers were down which caused a 30-45 minutes delay. Overall I am not impressed that when booking on line my pick up location and time changed which was an inconvenience to me.Joseph E.

This experience was horrible the reservation was not there and then had to drive out of my way after an hour long search making me an hour late to my destination.. This is the second time this has happened to me first with my parents move and now with my move!! I hope next time y'all can have you stuff together!!HARRY W.

I covered all my bases because of holiday. Double asked and was assured no problems per rental reservation staff in LA. Later 1-800 staff called wrong number to reach me, lucky that person forwarded the call. we made an agreement because of holiday, this was saturday for Monday pu, I was out of state! agreement with 1-800 staff was not properly put into system so TOO MUCH DETAIL - YOUR COMPANY COST ME MUCH PERSONAL TIME AND FUNDS. THE LADY AGENT AT DROPOFF WAS WONDERFUL BUT HER REGIONAL MANAGER WOULD NOT HONOR THE 1-800 STAFF AGREEMENT. TRAIN YOU PEOPLE-CALL ME if you care about your company- 318-655-6294!!! I was very disappointed with this entire process. After being sent to 3 different places finally got here to pick up truck. It was attached to tow dolly (I did not order.) I had to go find my truck, which was supposed to be brought to me but the guy was too busy talking to some other guy. I asked the attendant if truck was road worthy and he said entire truck was "gone over and safe to drive". Funny, the truck was found to have one slashed, flat back tire and the passenger side front tire about to blow. This entire experience was horrible. I will never use uhaul againDAWN H.
The lady who hooked up my trailer had no idea what she was doing. In fact, I took the trailer to another U-Haul location on Barksdale Blvd. and he hooked it up properly. He said that he was surprised I made it the three miles to his location. The chains were completely wrong. BLM Storage also smelled strongly of cats.SCOTT V.

uhaul location was not in the town we had requested it at and had to go farther than planned to get it. the tire pressure was not the same in all tires. three were at 65 and 1 was at 25. We did not know this until after the vehicle was packed and put on trailer, therefore, we had to find a air station that had enough psi to go into the tire with the vehicle on the trailer.CAMILLE U.
